Booting with kernel parameter "rdt=cmt,mbmtotal,memlocal,l3cat,mba" and
executing "mount -t resctrl resctrl -o mba_MBps /sys/fs/resctrl"
results in a panic on systems without local MBM support enabled in
firmware.
