locking/lockdep: Remove unnecessary DEBUG_LOCKS_WARN_ON()

DEBUG_LOCKS_WARN_ON() will turn off debug_locks and
makes print_unlock_imbalance_bug() return directly.

Remove a redundant whitespace.
