Has someone an idea how I can read back CPUs clock while I'm in arch/i386/kernel/cpu/cyrix.c:set_cx86_inc() ? This incrementer setting must be done in relation to processor's clock. We could remove this tweaking as Marco suggested, or we must fix it to use the correct value.
