[PATCH] ubifs: Remove the redundant return in dbg_check_nondata_nodes_order

[Chengsong Ke]

There is a redundant return in dbg_check_nondata_nodes_order,
which will be never reached. In addition, error code should be
returned instead of zero in this branch.
