fixed the following coccicheck:
./drivers/gpio/gpiolib-acpi.c:176:7-27: ERROR: Threaded IRQ with no
primary handler requested without IRQF_ONESHOT

Make sure threaded IRQs without a primary handler are always request
with IRQF_ONESHOT
