Add support for PbAc, NiZn, RAM, and ZnAr chemistries as defined in the Smart Battery Data Specification v1.1 (Section 5.1.30 DeviceChemistry).
Currently, the sbs-battery driver only handles LION, LiP, NiCd and NiMH.
