Uhm, the upper bound was modeled on test_memcontrol.c. Those tests
cannot match memory.current exactly, so use lower bound plus
values_close().
But for dmem, it isn't necessary; it accounts for the requested size
with no page rounding or extra charge. I'll fix that and check for
equality.
