Remove unused function show_boost() in drivers/cpufreq/cpufreq.c.

This eliminates the following warning in drivers/cpufreq/cpufreq.c:
drivers/cpufreq/cpufreq.c:355:9: warning: no previous prototype for 
‘show_boost’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]
