x86, iosf: Added Quark MBI identifiers

Added all the MBI units below and their associated read/write
opcodes:
 - Host Bridge Arbiter
 - Host Bridge
 - Remote Management Unit
 - Memory Manager & eSRAM
 - SoC Unit
