Corrected multiple spelling and grammar issues in the under powerpc PMU
selftests:

- Corrected 'aplicable' -> 'applicable'.
- Corrected 'contraint' -> 'constraint'.
- Corrected 'Incase' -> 'In Case'.

These changes improve documentation quality and maintain code readability.
