Debes hacer exactamente como te dice el error:
$ sudo chown root:vboxusers /dev/net/tun
$ sudo chmod g+rw /dev/net/tun
y para q no tengas q cambiarlo en cada reinicio a mano, en
'/etc/udev/rules.d/20-names.rules'
modifica la linea original y asegurate q quede asi:
KERNEL=="tun", NAME="net/%k", GROUP="vboxusers",
MODE="0660"
