te envío mi xorg.conf. Te mando copia adjunta a privado. méteselo a tu máquina a la cañona a ver qué pasa. como puedes ver, es una intel igual, un poco más tolerante a gnu/linux, y el monitor también es LG, de 17 pulgadas. Agrégale a los modos el argumento "1024x768" "800x600". Y juega con el DefaultDepth, porque así como yo lo tengo, a 24, es demasiado...ponlo a 16, a ver qué pasa. Esto te pincha si tienes un mouse ps/2, porque si tienes usb, tienes que cambiar en la section InputDevice del mouse la Option "protocol".
