HELP!!!

Hi!
Problem in that my chief have Qualcomm phone QCT-1000 that have build
modem.
Windowz understend it and can conect with ISP without any problems. But
under Linux it wan't
work :((( I try everything, but it still wan't connect.
In 'messages' it write:
                                    ...send (ATDT1234567)^M
                                    ...expect (CONNECT)^M
                                    ...Exit.
                                    ...alarm.
                                    ...Faild.
And nothing hepend :(. Maybe someone use it or try to work with this
phone, pleace help!
