Sorry to bother everyone again. But I am trying to configure Red Hat 5.1
Xfree86 on my Pico Consul portable. I have an S3Virge Mx+ card, which
seems to have been recognised ok, and want to use Xfree86-S3V....
server. However when I come to start X I can see the desktop but with a
shimmering effect onto, which makes it unusable.
I have tried various screen monitor types. I have a 13.3" display.
Has anyone else had any similar problems that could help.
