Hello fellow laptop users,
As I had used my sony notebook for more than six months I did not
want to lose all the Win98 data. I used Partition Magic and split
the disk when I installed RedHat5.2. Unfortunately model 737 that
I have shipped with only a 2Gb disk. Anyway the system seems happy
running either. (Except the floppy is not hot plugable in linux).
My question is therefore related to increasing linux storage space
with an Iomega USB zip drive. Has anybody done this? Also USB seems
appropriate for the printer due to the shared nature of the parallel
port.
If anyone objects to this subject in this forum, I would appreciate
being pointed to the appropriate discussion group.
