Hi Im trying to get a tokenring pc-card to function but I just hit the wall. Ive tried to find some info but no =( Ive tried 2 cards IBM 16/4 and 3Com Tokenlink III but nada. When I insert the card I get a beep and the netcfg insert the tr0 but after a while I get this msg.. "tr0 : open failed : ret_code = 34 , retrying" and after that I cant get anything to work. According to the pcmcia how-to both cards are supported. I know there should be a solution to this prob (pls dont tell me to change to ethernet, policy at work). I tried to change in bios to CardBus 16/bit and PCIC Compatible but nothing. If anyone have an idea pls give me a hint. Im still a newbie so if more info is needed Ill try to get it Thanks in advance /Anders
