I have a Dell XP4100c, and just purchased a docking station for it with SCSI
and ethernet ports. Both work perfectly under Windows95, so I know the
hardware is fine. I am attempting to install Mandrake 5.3 Linux, and can't
seem to get the system to recognize the SCSI adapter, (which has the Linux
CD-ROM). Has anyone gotten this to work?
On startup, the adapter identifies itself, and all devices attached to it.
It says it is a Future Domain 9C50 / 950. Does anyone else have one of
these, and might know of some kernel params I need to pass?
Thanks,
Marcus
