Hi Aldo,

I'm still figuring out RH6.0 on my laptop, but...  Run 'netcfg'
(as root) and make sure the "Names," "Hosts," and "Interfaces" are
correct for your laptop (it sounds like they mostly are).  The problem
sounds like you need to make sure your default gateway (route) is set
under the "Routing" button.

If worse comes to worst, your gateway is set in /etc/sysconfig/network,
and your ip address is set in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0,
so you can edit them manually, if necessary.
