Portable printers

Hi,

Holidays are approaching and I am considering to afford a portable printer
to my Toshiba 4030. B&W is fine since I only need to print text ((La)TeX).
Any good/bad experience wrt the Linux/portable printer/ghostscript trio to
share with me?
