Since a few hours I'm the proud owner of an ASUS L7200 notebook. I just
installed RedHat 6.0 and nearly everythings works fine, thanks to the
detailed installation instructions I found on the linux-laptop homepage.
Well, actually there is a documentation for ASUS L7300 notebooks which
differs in the size of the display from my notebook. The L7300 has 13,3"
display (1024x768), the L7200 a 12,1" with a maximum resolution of
800x600. Therefor in the XF86Config there is only a modeline for the
1024x768 resolution. How do I generate modelines or where can I get the
right modeline?
