Multifunction 3COM 3CCFEM556 B

Hi,

When I start my machine with 3CCFEM556B card in, it locks up the system at "....
Starting INET:".
I can boot the machine without this card but whenever I insert the card in
running machine it locks up
the system again and I have to reset the machine.

My machine is Thinkpad 600E and I am running Mandrake 6.0.

Any help will be appreciated.
