The only simple way I see to share data between linux and NT is to use a
FAT16 partition.

I never tried to read a FAT32 partition (Win95 Release C and Win98) with NT,
but it's working with Linux.
mount -t vfat /dev/xxxx /mnt/whatever

The vfat "feature" is loaded as a module on my debian 2.1, and I won't be
helpful to tell you how, as I am getting involved into linux progressively.
I choosed to install the vfat module during the installation of debian, and
I'm pretty happy with it for now ;-)
