Hi, I have got a Toshiba Flip disk (ide hard disk). It works under Linux but very slow. Toshiba says that it could as the pcmcia prot 6MB/s but when I start hdparm with -t I got only 1,2MB/s! What can I do to make this faster? And the other problem I have is that when I let mount the disk automaticly at boot time with the 3.1.8 pcmcia driver the hard disk would make a fschk ervy time.
