Modem/Ethernet Combo Cards (which to buy?)

I'm looking for a good Modem/Ethernet combo card that will work well w/
linux (my Satellite 2100CDT has a winmodem).  I'd like to get the Intel
EtherExpress, but I don't want to spend that much money.  I'd like to
find one under $200 if possible.  Any suggestions???
