I don't think you can - last time I looked at the PLIP howto it
basically said that there isn't a Windows PLIP driver.
It is in theory possible to connect to a Windows machine by PPP using a
serial cable, but I've only ever got it to work once and at all other
times the connection seems completely dead with no explanation.
It's a lot easier with ethernet cards...
