The nearest thing to MS Access under GNU/Linux would perhaps be
Sybase. Other than that, porting to PostgreSQL, Firebird, SAPdb or
something the like. Definitively *not* MySQL.

No need for paying for proprietary software, Apache does have an ASP
module.
