I can see how it would, but, honestly, I'm not sure how to maintain a
ChangeLog for this project.  Consider:

deblob-main and deblob-check are part of each release, but they're used
along with a deblob-<kver> that varies depending on which upstream
release a Linux-libre release is based on.  A single ChangeLog for all
of them would be too noisy and confusing, whereas separate ChangeLogs
per kver would make for way too much maintenance work.

Furthermore, no matter how complete a ChangeLog I were to maintain, it
wouldn't capture the changes to the upstream project, which I'm barely
aware of, but that are what most users expect to see in ChangeLogs, NEWS
files, etc.

Any thoughts on how to deal with this?
