Hi Trisquel Devel & Linux-libre community, I've recently reached: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/
They have bleeding edge releases of the Linux kernel as Alexandre gently does the RPM releases of Linux-libre for freed-ora: http://linux-libre.fsfla.org/pub/linux-libre/freed-ora/ following (the closes thing i found online) the Fedora kernels: http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=kernel&submit=Search +...&system=fedora&arch= Looking at this i was wondering, is there a chance that we could do the same for the DEB releases of the Ubuntu kernel for Trisquel (and Huru-buntu if still exists the idea). So there could be bleeding edge release of Linux-libre for Trisquel & Ubuntu Based distros. The freed-ebian (for Lenny branch) held to linux-libre 2.6.26, and by now that linux-libre 2.6.34 is out, is getting old and don't include the new changes of Linux-libre. Any expert who like the idea? :P -- Luis A. Guzmán García http://ark.switnet.org ¡Se Libre! -- http://fsfla.org/selibre/ GPG Key: EB153FAF
