As some of you may have noticed, it also mirrors the gnu and gnu-alpha
repos as well as many other distros.
This mirror is hosted in a homelab with a residential internet
connection. The server parts are mostly second-hand. But most
importantly, the internet is not metered so traffic does not cost money.
