What does your ISP offer? Do you really need stratum one? If you do, you can roll your own with a satellite clock (receiver for GPS signals), but these tend to be pricey. I have set up several NTP installations and can offer advice if you'd like. -- Mike Schuh, Seattle USA http://www.farmdale.com
