Another option is Fastmail.fm. I'm a long-time satisfied
customer, and as of about two weeks ago, I'm using them for all my
personal e-mail. I finally gave up on hosting my own after nearly
a decade of doing so, and am feeling quite relieved. They have a
strong focus on standards-compliance and security. Their Web
interface is highly functional yet remains clean and requires no
Javascript interpretation. MDA is Sieve, and you can either use
their simplified GUI or edit your script directly.

It's $15 - $60 per user per year for business accounts:

They use SpamAssassin, optionally with a per-account Bayes
database which takes effect after you've reported 200 messages as
spam and 200 as non-spam.
