Works for me. 208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8, and 4.2.2.3 all give the same result:

I'm having trouble with opendns.com, and I can't persuade them it's their
problem.
I've done some research, and don't know a good next step. Perhaps someone
can check and see if they see the same problem I am seeing.

If I go to the opendns.com web site, there is a very long pause waiting for
www-files.opendns.com. It eventually times out and the web page displays
without decorations. This is using the opendns DNS servers.

If I modify /etc/resolv.conf to use 8.8.8.8:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
and comment out the opendns servers, all works just fine.
I found that I could reinstate the problem by restoring resolv.conf
and clearing the browser cache.

Comparing the DNS answers from 8.8.8.8 to those from 208.67.222.222,
I find one difference: For the domain www-files.opendns.com, 8.8.8.8 returns
208.67.216.142, and 208.67.222.222 returns 204.194.237.142.
I presume this means that 204.194.237.142 is not replying with the
content that the home page requires.

The questions I have are...
Do others see the same problem with opendns.com, when using the
opendns.com DNS servers?
If not, are they giving you the same address for www-files.opendns.com?
Could my ISP be doing anything to cause this problem?
Where is the likely problem here?
It seems unlikely the problem is under my control, since multiple computers
and operating systems do the same thing. The one thing I have not done is
bypass my linksys wrt54g. I did power cycle it.
