I changed the recipe a bit: * ^From:.*@.*\.me\> /dev/null
I wanted to make sure that email from something.merit.edu didn't get caught. Or from consumerreports.com (examples only). Since the email address in the 'From:' line ends with a closed angle bracket this should restrict the recipe from executing on 'real' email.
