Hi, At www.iss.org.ua/kesl you can find minimal set of patches to enable ColdFire with MMU support for linux-m68k kernel. Using these patches it is possible to boot the kernel, load romfs root filesystem, and run several applications via serial console (bash, busybox utilities, strace, etc.).
All patches were changed and cleaned up according to comments I've received from this mailing list. I've added the coldfire_defconfig file to 010-cf-core-m68k-common.patch. The arch/m68k/Kconfig file was significantly changed. We need the 091-cf-warning-remove.patch because we have only gcc version 3.4.0 available at the moment (we need ColdFire V4E FPU instructions support for our current development). I'll remove the patch as soon as/if the toolchain will be upgraded. Bye, Andriy. - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-m68k" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
