Fix the flakiness in the CUDA ADB driver (keypresses getting wedged down
or ADB just going AWOL altogether). Stops lost VIA1 interrupts.
Tested on Quadra 840av & 660av, LC630 and LC475. (This does not address
the problems with the other m68k Mac ADB drivers.)
