Hi Mikhail, I use comskip in Wine with no issues. It works on HDPVR recordings as well. If you'd like a script, I have posted mine here: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/4976/comcheker.sh.tar.gz If you find a standalone Myth version I would be interested in that.
