"Ecovec board" which I and Guennadi were talking about is an evaluation board.
If you buy this board, you can find DVD including manual in its box.
Please check

"dip-switch settings" is wrote in
3.4 "Switch Specification"
If you don't have this board,
but have kernel source code,
