TBS cards.....PCIe x1 used them for years in both DVB-T2 and DVB-S2 formats......never had a problem (except the drivers were cr*p a fair few years back).....would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Currently have quad tuners of both running in a server that hasn't needed a reboot in 524 days and counting.
