If you're running jdk, type
$ java HelloWorld
Make sure java is in your path and that your $CLASSPATH includes "."

Now that we're on this topic. I have been using leafnode on and off, sorry
to say more off than on and used it recently and found that when I typed
fetch -vvv, I get no such command so I can't send out my responses. Does
anyone have any clues why this is happening?
I read the doc file and it appears I did every thing I was supposed to.
Thanx in advance

Subject: Staroffice problem
Hello all,
Can anyone help with a StarOffice problem.
I am sent files in Excel 7 which have password protected cells.
Excel will open them with no problem however StarOffice wont.
StarOffice will open any excel file which does not have protected
cells.
I can open the file in excel and cut and paste the contents to another
file and
open it without any problems .
Staroffice being used is version 5.1.
Any help would be verrrry much appreciated

What version DOS are you speaking about? DOS 7.1 (Win 95b or higher)
certainly does all you ask, with FAT32 and protected mode.

I very often have more than one or two apps running at the same
time. Infact I usually switch between WordPerfect, Netscape mail and
the browser, LyX, NEdit, WXftp. And when I am working on my
homepage, StarOffice and Applix are in use to.
And when my wife is doing her newsgroup stuff, we just switch
between two X-window sessions.
Under KDE or GNOME this constellation will always be a crawler and
mostly crash two or three apps, especially when moving between
various panels. Doing the same under fvwm2 is a beauty. Stable and
fast.
Oh, my system: DELL Pentium 120, 80MB RAM, 12GB HD's, 2MB graphics
card. No DOS, no Windoze.

I think eject is nice; maybe you want to get it. Try umounting your
cdrom, then opening it manually. If it's an audio cd, eject from the cd
player or close the cd player.

There is an rpm called imap*.rpm on the RedHat cd and ftp sites. Maybe
you didn't install it? It contains imap, pop2, and pop3 daemons.

Your kernel is only about 1 MB and that's about as small as it gets.
What's eating up all the RAM is bash I suspect. Find a smaller more
lightweight shell (ash, esh (?)) or something like that. Trim out as many
of the daemons as you can.
