No, that's not the case. Here is the version of the patch on the emmc4.5 branch that the pull request is for: http://git.infradead.org/users/kmpark/linux-2.6-samsung/commitdiff/dac139c9591545a40ea0058d9305514130762682 and it has the same problems I'm replying to here. Maybe the wrong version got merged?
