These are fixup patches for mmc tmio/shmobile.
I tesed these patches on my environment.
I'm very happy if someone test these patches.
These patches modify TMIO driver,
but, basically it has no effect to non-Renesas chip.
I CC:ed Ian who created original TMIO driver.
