So this was supposed to be a single patch to add a --root option to modinfo. Then I remembered that it exists, it's just not been documented in the manpage. module-init-tools didn't document either.
In any event, this adds the missing option and missing longopts to modinfo's manpage, and also does some rudimentary cleanup to comma separate equivalent options across all relevant manpages.
