Hi
You can get Shift by pressing 'Ctrl-^S' ie. Control, S and ^ keys
together. You can get F2 by pressing Ctrl-^-2. So for Shift-F2, press
Ctrl-^-S followed by Ctrl-^-2.

Alternatively start dos with the -k option (ie. dos -k). Once you are in
dos, you can switch sessions using Ctrl-Alt-F? keys.
