If xdosemu/xdos doesn't work, I have no idea. But if dosemu/dos doesn't work, then: 1. Make sure you are running dosemu in a real linux console (CTRL+ALT+F1), *not* an xterm, rxvt, eterm, konsole or any other terminal emulators. 2. Make sure the dosemu binary is suid or you are running as root. > > I know vbios_seg with SuperProbe, but I don't know vbios_size > The default of $_vbios_seg = (0xc000) worked fine for me. > I have 2 MB of video RAM, is a laptop: > > First video: Super-VGA > Chipset: Yamaha 6388 VPDC (Port Probed) > RAMDAC: Generic 8-bit pseudo-color DAC > (with 6-bit wide lookup tables (or in 6-bit mode)) > pinux:/home/carles# > > a neomagic card > > thanks in advance > > ---- - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-msdos" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
