Yeah, you have to setup the dosemu to initializing its working. To do so u just go to the directory where all the dosemu files are downloaded most probably /var/lib/dosemu in most of the system. Before configuring read the help documents /usr/doc/dosmeu*/Quickstart and setup ur configurations as per Bthe instructions. There are some setup scripts in /var/lib/dosemu that u have to run in that directory for example ./setup-bootdir Rest of the things you will find in help documents. I think everything is described in brilliant way.
