I am not guru but I think this problem can be solved by the lredir go through the help of this command in c:\dosemu directory and you just have to redirect your mounted dos partition(for exp. /dosc) using the lredir. Either you can use a batch file for that or just you have to enter everytime whenever you want to access that partition.
