Hi!
I'm running dosemu 1.0.2.0 with some proprietary .EXE file to
access some inventory hardware. This includes serial I/O to
upload an article database (and other data). Unfortunately,
I only reach about 60..70 kBit/sec which is *very* slow (I'm
downloading about one and a half megabytes of data:-(
While doing so (and waiting...), I see that even this very
low I/O bandwidt results in 100% CPU utilisation, including
~60% system usage, which is too high from my point of view...
Any suggestions here to lower system load (box is a Centaur
running at 200MHz) and to increase I/O rates?
