No. DOSEMU can only *emulate* an ISA SB. The irq,io and dma you put in dosemu.conf are those of the emulated sound card. So these are the values you have to tell the DOS apps. The real sound card may be a pc speaker, a PCI sound card, anything behind /dev/dsp. Note that sound support isn't very functional in current DOSEMU releases, but Stas Sergeev has done some work to improve it recently.
