It is true only partially. Adlib emulation is broken. DSP and DMA emulation is
buggy, but some programs used to work with it. And MPU emulation seems to be
very usable.
New DSP and DMA code are already available for testing. If you are willing, get
it at http://www.dosemu.org/~stas/snd-patches1-1.1.2.tar.gz
and tell me how it works for you.

It seems like the program (DPMI?) encountered some errors and prints its
internal variables. This info is not related to dosemu, so it can't help to
find a problem.
