Thanks Witold.
From your answer I made a conclusion that you are the one that could help me
!!! Luck you !!! :) !!!
First, I must say that Im a novice Linux/DosEmu user.
I have to run a Clipper based system on my local network.
I have a server with the .dat files and the client machines
accessing by client programs.
At DosEmu.org I found an article that saids to make dosnet.o and
"ismod" it. It also said to configure my tcp/ip client. So I made a
conclusion: I have to install some kind of tcp/ip client from DOSEMU.
... or does It came with a native tcp/ip stack ? I did not find.
I got MS-Client disks and put it on a temp dir im my /freedos.
When I execute the setup.exe I get the errors.
So ... I ask you ???
What client software youre using ?
Does DoeEmu came with native tcp/ip stack ?
If so, where and how can I config. it ???
Please, I really need some tips and help !!!
thanks(a lot) in advance
Gustavo

Did you use dosnet?
It is already in dosemu.
On my machine telnet from dosemu to Linux works fine,
but latest version of Arachne is very slow.
It seems to me that Arachne is buggy.
